The grapes are picked by hand, selected accurately and put into horizontal steel barrels, where they ferment under temperature controlled conditions.

The refinement takes place in oak barrels at controlled temperatures.

Nothing is left to the chance: from the vines to their commercialisation, we make sure that our grapes turn into a high quality product.

We produce seven kinds of wine: a white and three red Barricato, and a traditional white and two traditional red wine.
