TASTE
Plump and muffled, fresh, slightly spicy, light vanilla notes but very balanced, fat in texture, with good persistence and length in the mouth.

When young: floral and fruity essences with slight spiciness.
When ripe: of exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango.

Fermentation temperature 16 °C.
At the end of fermentation, maturation sur lies is continued with frequent battonage to improve complexity.
Malolactic fermentation is also completed during this period, if necessary.
Generally the wine stays in barrique for 11 months.
Before bottling, blending and filtering is done. Bottle aging expected at least 3 months.
